Warp 9 Wheel set – Take 2

After the great experience we’ve had with our first pair of Warp 9 wheels, we decided to order-up a second set. As with the original set, the feedback has been very positive: shipping was very quick, fit-and finish is excellent, and there have been no gripes whatsoever on durability. After our initial 15 hours of pounding, including two full-length enduros, the wheels haven’t needed a lick of maintenance — not even one spoke has needed tightening. We opted for the black rim finish with orange billet aluminum hubs, lacing it all together with stainless spokes and nipples. Even the black gloss finish on the rims is holding up extremely well, and the wheels definitely add a nice finishing touch to the 2013 350 XC-F.
Fitting the wheels was a snap, requiring no adjustment at all other than swapping the rear wheel spacers for the stock spacers that fit the 25mm rear axle on some of the 2013 and newer KTM models (the supplied spacers fit the 20mm axle on the vast majority of the KTM line with no swapping required). After the brakes were cycled a few times and the glaze on the new rotors was removed, braking feel and strength was easily equal to stock.
Considering these wheels come with OEM bearings, spacers, wave brake rotors front and rear, and an aluminum rear sprocket in your choice of size, you really can’t beat the MSRP of $375 for the front and $404 for the rear, with shipping set at a flat rate of $10.
